Terms of Sale
(1) Introduction
Please read these terms of sale carefully.
You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms of sale before you place an order for products from our website.
(2) Interpretation
In these terms of sale, “we” means DMSO (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
(3) Order Process
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:
- Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout;
- If you are a new customer, create an account and log in;
- If you are an existing customer, enter your login details;
- Select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale;
- You will be transferred to the secure payments website where the payment processor will handle your payment;
- We will send you an initial acknowledgment;
- Once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order becomes a binding contract) or confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.
We will not file a copy of these terms of sale specifically in relation to your order. We may update the version of these terms of sale on the website from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible.
We therefore recommend that you download, print and retain a copy of these terms of sale for your records.
The only language in which we provide these terms of sale is English.
Before placing your order, you will have the opportunity to identify and correct any input errors. Corrections must be requested within 1 hour of purchase by emailing info@dmso.com.au.
(4) The Products
DMSO products are made from pure DMSO and all products are our own brand.
(5) Price and Payment
Prices for products are quoted on our website. The website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some prices may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sales procedures so that a product’s correct price will be stated when you pay for the product.
In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be stated during checkout.
Payment must be made upon submission of your order. We may withhold products and/or cancel the contract between us if payment is not received in full cleared funds.
Prices on the website include all applicable taxes where required.
Prices for products may change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts already in force.
(6) Your Warranties
You warrant to us that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- The information provided in your order is accurate and complete;
- You will be able to accept delivery of the products;
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- Information on this website is for informational purposes only. We do not warrant the information given and only sell DMSO as a solvent only. We offer no benefits.
(7) Delivery Policy
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address indicated in your order.
We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver products on or before the delivery date set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is specified, within five days of our order confirmation for United Kingdom, Europe & Worldwide delivery (typically ten to twenty days).
However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, all products will be dispatched within two days of receipt of payment and order confirmation.
We deliver products worldwide at varying delivery rates based on your shipping selection.
(8) Risk and Ownership
Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the products passes to you only upon:
- Delivery of the products; and
- Receipt by us of full payment of all sums due.
We are entitled to recover payment for the products even where ownership has not passed to you.
(9) Cooling Off Period
You may cancel a contract to purchase products within three working days after the day you receive the products.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must inform us in writing and return the products immediately in the same condition in which you received them.
Products returned in accordance with this section will be refunded in full, excluding delivery costs. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If products are not returned, we may recover the products and charge any associated costs.
(10) Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to receive a refund for defective products.
(11) Refunds
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund payments using the same method originally used for purchase.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving your valid cancellation notice.
(12) Limitations of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Any matter where it would be unlawful to exclude liability.
Products sold are intended for personal use only. We are not liable for any business losses including loss of profits, income, contracts, savings, data or management time.
(13) General Terms
Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary.
We treat all personal information collected in connection with your order in accordance with applicable laws. We never pass your information to third parties except where legally required.
These terms may only be varied in writing signed by both parties.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

With all new purchases of DMSO products and services, we offer a 15 day money back guarantee on unused and unopened products.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of purchase.
